📚🤩Scholastic Book Fair📚🤩

The Scholastic Book Fair is the main fundraiser for the SCMS Media Center. Every purchase helps our library grow and keeps our Mustangs reading strong! 

Scholastic Book Fair Schedule:
  • Students may visit the book fair starting on Friday, October 16th through Friday, October 23rd.
  • All students will visit the Scholastic Book Fair with their Language Arts teacher: 6th grade classes on Friday 16th, 7th grade on Monday, and 8th grade on Tuesday.
  • Students may also visit before 1st period (9:00-9:30am), during class on a pass, or during their lunch each day the Book Fair is open!
Join us after school on the following nights and times to shop the fair!

  • Monday, October 19th -Shop during the LEAD Mustang Celebration and SAC Meeting  from 4:30 - 6pm. You do NOT have to be attending the LEAD Mustang celebration or SAC meeting to come shop the Book Fair!
  • Wednesday, October 21st- Shop right after early dismissal at 3:30pm until 5pm.

Monday

  • 🎉Q1 Incentives Grades 6 + 7 (As, Bs, and Cs on Report Card & No Referrals) Wristbands were given to students on 10/16
  •  🐴LEAD Mustang Ceremony in the SCMS Media Center @ 5:00pm
  • 🏫October SAC Meeting in the SCMS Media Center @ 5:30pm
  • 📚🤩Book Fair Family Shopping Night 4:30pm-6:00pm
  • ⚽Boys Soccer Playoff Game at Voyager K8. Start time 5:50pm
 

Tuesday

  • 🎉Q1 Incentives Grades 6 + 7 (As, Bs, and Cs on Report Card & No Referrals) Wristbands were given to students on 10/16
  • 🏐Volleyball Intramurals 7:45am-9:00am
  • ⚽Girls Soccer Playoff HOME Game at 5:30pm

Help support SCMS by eating at Texas Roadhouse on Partin Settlement on Tuesday, October 20. Texas Roadhouse will donate 10% of your meal to SCMS!
 

Wednesday

  • 🎉Q1 Incentives Grades 6 + 7 (As, Bs, and Cs on Report Card & No Referrals) Wristbands were given to students on 10/16
  • ⏰Early Release @ 3:25pm
  • 📚🤩Book Fair Family Shopping Night 4:30pm-6:00pm
 

Thursday

  • 🎉Q1 Incentives Grades 6 + 7 (As, Bs, and Cs on Report Card & No Referrals) Wristbands were given to students on 10/16
  • 👻BOO-ingo (30 MB)👻Day TBD as we are still counting tickets purchased.
  • 👟Cross Country Championship @ Austin Tindall 6:30pm
 

Friday

  • 🎉Q1 Incentives Grades 6 + 7 (As, Bs, and Cs on Report Card & No Referrals) Wristbands were given to students on 10/16
  • 👻BOO-ingo (30 MB)👻Day TBD as we are still counting tickets purchased.
